Hike Doggie is looking for dependable, active, dog-loving people to join our growing team as full-time Dog Hikers. This is more than just walking dogs — you’ll spend your days exploring scenic trails, building relationships with amazing pups, and helping dogs live healthier, happier lives.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead small group hikes with up to 4 dogs on beautiful Colorado trails
  • Safely transport dogs to and from hikes using company vehicles
  • Provide exercise, enrichment, structure, and fun for every dog
  • Monitor dog behavior and maintain a safe hiking environment
  • Take photos and provide updates for clients throughout the day
  • Work outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions
  • Build strong relationships with both dogs and their owners
What We’re Looking For
  • Comfortable handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities
  • Physically active and capable of hiking 4–7 miles daily
  • Able to lift up to 60 pounds when necessary
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable using smartphone apps, GPS, and scheduling tools
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable personal transportation
Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday with 1–2 rotating Saturdays per month
  • Weekday schedule with flexibility
